hmm well i don’t really like a lot of the greek gods as a lot of them (mainly most of the olympians) were cruel rapists…but!! i really really love Hades. 

Hades is so misunderstood, it makes me sad. He wasn’t evil… In fact, he was quite passive and fair. Persephone was feared more than he was (she really took on her role as Queen of the Underworld) Also, in the original earlier accounts of Persephone and Hades, he doesn’t kidnap her at all. She goes willingly into the Underworld (while not actually realising it’s the underworld until later) and meets him there and it’s Demeter who insists that her daughter was kidnapped.
